Physical and job requirements. This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Prolonged standing and walking up to 6 to 8 hours per shift
Frequent bending squatting, kneeling, and reaching, climbing staircases, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Climbing and working from a three-step ladder
Repetitive arm and hand movements
Pushing and pulling cleaning equipment
Working in residential homes and commercial properties
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
